Stitchy Gifts

Just a quick post to show you the stitchy gifts I received for Christmas.

I love the box!

The box is filled with stitchy goodness!

My youngest daughter picked all this out for me.  She really has no interest in needlework at all and won't go with me if I'm going to a LNS or even JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby if I'm looking for needleworking supplies.

She filled the box with Embroidery Tracing Paper, DMC floss number stickers,
needle threader, plastic floss bobbins, straight pins, needles and floss.
Everything was packaged in those cool plastic containers and double wrapped too.

She told me she didn't know what kind of needle I used so
she "literally got one of each kind of needle the store had."

I love that the artist in her had to organize the threads by color!

My oldest daughter gave me gift cards for Hobby Lobby, JoAnn Fabrics and a local quilting store.

It's been very cold and windy, but I guess that's normal for January.  The weatherman informed us this morning that history shows this is the coldest week of the year.
I'm pretty sure we've figured that out, lol.

Until next time...
